WESTPORT — A 44-year-old man, who police said was intoxicated and tried to punch a pedestrian downtown without provocation, also fought with officers attempting to take him into custody, police said.
Henrique Tofani, of Westport, was charged Nov. 11 with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
