LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) – State and local leaders will gather to open up 95 new apartments in the renovated Ludlow Mills complex.
Toys for Tots campaign at 22News begins
After months of construction, the $43 million project is all done. Residences at Mill 8 is a mixed-income, senior community apartment building that is targeted for those 55 and older.
The ribbon cutting happens at 11 a.m. on Monday with Massachusetts Housing Secretary Ed Augustus, State Senator Jake Oliveira, State Rep. Aaron Saunders, Ludlow Town Administrator Marc Strange, Michael Garand, Managing Director and President of Bank of America Worcester, and Adam Stein, WinnDevelopment Executive Vice President.
The project also included fixing the 123-year-old clock featured on the Ludlow town seal.
