SAN DIEGO — A new lawsuit has been announce on behalf of South Bay residents over the ongoing sewage crisis.
The suit, announced Monday by the Frantz Law Group, targets Veolia Water North American-West, Veolia Water West Operating Services and other operators of the South Bay International Water Treatment Plant along the U.S.-Mexico border in San Ysidro.
