VERO BEACH – John E. Cotugno was elected Monday to a third, consecutive, one-year term as the mayor of Vero Beach.
In that role, Cotugno will preside over the five-member city council with the ability to cast one vote and to perform a variety of ceremonial roles representing the City of Vero Beach.
