We have a few quiet days on the way, both Tuesday and Wednesday. High pressure is technically in control of our forecast, but we’re not anticipating perfectly sunny days, but rather a mix of sunshine and cloud cover. Temperatures both days climb to the middle and upper 40’s
Our next storm system rolls in around lunchtime Thursday. This is thanks to a low pressure system that will linger over head through the weekend bringing valley rain and mountain snow.
At this point there is still a lot of uncertainty with ‘how much’ this storm will bring. How much rain? How much snow? It’s highly elevation dependent, with enough cold air for the mountains to get a good dumping of fresh snow while the valleys see mostly rain.
