Refresh Kitchen to open later this month
A new restaurant will open its doors in the Spa City later this month.
Refresh Kitchen is set to open at the YMCA and senior center building on West Avenue in Saratoga Springs. Restaurant owner Matt Richardson said it will serve breakfast, sandwiches, soup, salad and other sandwiches. It will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m…
