ANSONIA, CT (WFSB) — A Waterbury man has been arrested in connection with a shooting investigation that occurred in August 2024.
On November 12, 2024, Edward Rumley, 32, was taken into custody and charged with several offenses, including first-degree criminal attempt at assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, and carrying a pistol without a permit.
