TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A TPS elementary teacher has been spreading Christmas cheer for more than a decade.
It all started when some students returned from Christmas break, saying Santa never came to their house. Since then, Luanne Williams, a Kindergarten teacher at Chase STEMM Academy, made it her mission to make sure all of her students have a gift to open under the tree, even if it means going into her own pockets.
