Twenty-two people were stuck in the air on a Knott’s Berry Farm ride for more than two hours after it malfunctioned Monday.
Park mechanics were finally able to crank the ride down to the ground and let people off without serious injury, though some riders were taken from the scene in wheelchairs and others were visibly limping.
According to a Knott’s Berry Farm spokesperson, two female guests were transported to the hospital for further evaluation “out of an abundance of caution.” Their condition was not immediately known…
