Suspect arrested for interfering with emergency service in Harris County

HOUSTON, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested Caesar Sanchez after responding to a disturbance on Lodge Creek Drive. Sanchez, who was out on bond for a previous charge, allegedly interfered with a 911 call during a physical altercation.On November 16, 2024, deputies arrived at the 5600 block of Lodge Creek Drive to address the disturbance, according to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office. The suspect, identified as Caesar Sanchez, was found to be out on a $30,000 bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. During the incident, Sanchez reportedly prevented the complainant from leaving the home, leading to a physical altercation. While the complainant was on the phone with 911 dispatch, Sanchez allegedly took the phone and disconnected the call.”Caesar Sanchez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Interference with Emergency Service.
