SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man died earlier this month while climbing over a fence at the United States-Mexico International Border, per local health officials.
The incident occurred during the morning hours of Nov. 8, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office said on its website.

Around four to five people used a makeshift ladder attached to the south side of the border to climb over the fence to the ground on the north side, according to U.S. Border Patrol.
