If you are a Floridian, you know that Publix is rapidly expanding with both new stores and demolished and rebuilt old ones. In fact, I’ve recently written about how the grocer currently has 21 Florida stores listed as “coming soon” on its website. And about stores like the Publix at Harbour Place Shopping Center reopening after refurbishment. And now, a store in Wellington will be reopening as a new prototype and with new amenities.…
