Knox County will establish two memorials in honor of slain Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputy Tucker Blakely .
A sign will be placed near where Blakely was raised in Powell at the intersection of Emory Road and Brickyard Road. The nearby bridge over Beaver Creek also will be named in Blakely’s memory.
