A busy Hanover Borough intersection has a new look, thanks to the installation of temporary traffic signals.
The highly traveled intersection of Kindig Lane and High Street was converted to a signalized intersection on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, according to a release by PennDOT.
