CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Cincinnati City Hall becomes the backdrop for a movie that’s shooting in the Tri-State.
“The Mastermind” is set during the Vietnam War era.
Vintage cars were spotted parked along 8th street around the corner from Cincinnati City Hall and actors were shooting a protest scene.
Crew trucks could be seen parked along 9th Street.
