A man described as a “person of interest” in one of two shootings that happened during a second line parade Sunday is in custody on unrelated charges, New Orleans Police officials announced Tuesday morning.
“The charges have not been in relation to the shooting, but again, he is a person of interest,” said NOPD Fifth District Captain Jennifer Dupree.
