Two police chases on I-35 end in arrests, suspect wanted for Houston murder caught

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — Two separate police pursuits along Interstate 35 ended in arrests Tuesday, including one suspect wanted for capital murder in Houston, authorities said.

The first chase began around 10:15 a.m. when New Braunfels police responded to a reported burglary in the 2600 block of White Wing Way. Officers arrived as two men fled in a stolen white Kia, according to police.
