According to WJTV, Joseph Wade, the Chief of Jackson Police, stated in a news conference held on Monday, November 18th, that a video had been recorded showing a Jackson Police patrol car driving past the vehicle that had crashed. Tina Carter Sawyer, age 35, died in the crash.…
