PLACER COUNTY, California (KOLO) – A man who had posted bail after being arrested for allegedly selling drugs has once again been arrested for allegedly selling drugs in Placer County.
19-year-old Owen Zuniga-Medina was first arrested on Sept. 26 in Richmond on three felony counts related to the sale of fentanyl sourced in Placer County before posting bail.
