MIDDLETOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Transportation and state officials announced the completion of construction on Aquidneck Avenue.
The $8.9 million project reconstructed the deteriorated road into a long-lasting roadway by using “pavement reclamation,” as well as made safety improvements for pedestrians and students.
