SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Oak Park is mourning the loss of Pastor Ephraim Williams, who for nearly half a century led St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, making himself a trailblazing voice within Sacramento’s Black community.
Pastor Williams passed on Nov. 9 and days after his passing, those who knew him say his voice is still in the temple.
