Crews with multiple utilities — including the Snohomish County Public Utility District (Snohomish PUD) and Puget Sound Energy (PSE) — are dealing with hundreds of thousands of power outages early Wednesday as an “atmospheric bomb” weather event has invaded Western Washington.
