ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Andrew Janes, 34, was charged with sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl after his incarceration for kidnapping a child in February.
On June 4, DCFS reported child abuse to the Rockford Police Department. Officials interviewed the victim about the incident at Carrie Lynn Children’s Center on October 9, at 4 p.m.
