DELMAR — A popular Delmar restaurant is rebranding, but not due to a lack of success.
Oaked 54 Whiskey & Wine Bar is changing its name to The Groove after business partner Doug Marshall recently purchased the E. Line Rd. restaurant in Delmar from owners Jason and Heather Welch. Oaked 54 opened in April.
Marshall said Jason Welch wanted to expand his culinary portfolio and concentrate on his other restaurants. The Welches recently opened Oaked at the Globe in Berlin and own multiple restaurants in the surrounding area…
