WASHINGTON ( DC News Now ) — On Tuesday, district leaders testified in front of members of a House Appropriations Committee subcommittee as Congress reviews the district’s budget for fiscal year 2025.
Among the topics discussed were federal funding requests for security, riders or restrictions on some D.C. policies (such as the use of automated traffic enforcement cameras) and the shared desire to bring federal workers back to the office.
