CAROL STREAM, Ill. — Charges have been filed against two Michigan men who were allegedly found to be in possession of seven stolen catalytic converters on Monday afternoon.
33-year-old Anthony Huggins an Inkster, Michigan, resident, has been charged with one count of bringing a firearm into a penal institution, one count of possession of a stolen motor vehicle or essential part, one count of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, one count of possession of burglary tools and one count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon with no FOID card, DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin announced Tuesday.
Huggins’s co-defendant, 33-year-old Clinton Bigelow a Warren, Michigan resident, has also been charged with one count of possession of a stolen motor vehicle or essential part and one count of possession of burglary tools, Berlin said…
