SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Two people are facing charges after police say an undercover drug sting in Scranton led to a detective vehicle getting struck.
According to the Scranton Police Department, on December 9 officers were working on a drug investigation where a confidential informant (CI) was set to buy fentanyl from Renardo Sims, 42, a Bloods gang member.
Police stated Sims sells drugs out of a Jeep Cherokee driven by his wife, 23-year-old Mlyce Carter.
