JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — With the rise of electric vehicles, one concern in the Ohio Valley is are there enough chargers to fill the need for the amount of electric vehicles coming to the area and how can that impact economic aspects such as tourism?

The question surrounding EV infrastructure is a question of where you live and how developed the charging network is. Many users install home charging units, but travelers might need public chargers.

“We’re selling about one unit a month,” Team Automotive Group General Manager Mark Teramana said. “We do look to be ramping that up here soon just as production increases and the necessities to fulfill the government’s cafe laws are put forth and we’ll be selling a little bit more.”…
