Police officers were called to the intersection of Irvine and Holt regarding a male passed out behind the wheel in the early morning hours, according to the Tustin Police Department .
Officers located the vehicle running, but stopped in opposite traffic lanes with an unresponsive driver. After boxing in the vehicle, officers safely detained the driver, conducted a DUI investigation, and placed him under arrest.
