BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — A Hartford man was arrested on Tuesday in Bristol after police found narcotics and a large sum of crash in his car during a traffic stop, according to police.
Officers seized approximately three grams of crack cocaine and 245 bags of suspected fentanyl in Jovanni Garcia’s car. He was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and sale of narcotics.
