San Antonio woman charged with obstructing federal fraud investigation

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A San Antonio woman was arrested Tuesday on charges of allegedly obstructing a federal fraud investigation. The FBI and IRS Criminal Investigation are probing an investor fraud scheme in San Antonio and Lubbock.

Brooklynn Chandler Willy, a 45-year-old resident of San Antonio, is accused of producing false documents in response to a federal grand jury subpoena, according to court documents. Willy, owner of Queen B Advisors LLC, doing business as Texas Financial Advisory (TFA), and Chandler Capital Holdings, allegedly misused $500,000 intended for investment for personal expenses, including credit card payments and payments to other investors.

The indictment claims that Willy provided a false loan agreement, purportedly signed by the victims, to federal agents during a November 2024 interview. Willy faces charges of obstruction of an official proceeding, false statement, and aggravated identity theft…
