HOPEWELL – Is Ward 7 Councilor Dominic Holloway pushing to fire Hopewell’s city manager? A cryptic post on his Facebook page seems to hint at it.
Late Tuesday afternoon, Holloway posted a congratulatory message to the three incoming city councilors – Ronnie Ellis in Ward 4, Susan Daye in Ward 5 and Yolanda Stokes in Ward 6 – and included personal holiday greetings to his constituents and the rest of Hopewell.
Holloway also mentioned, but did not elaborate on, a “desire” to see new management in Hopewell, leading to speculation that he wants to see City Manager Dr. Concetta Manker ousted from her post…
