WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Giving new meaning to vehicle pileups!
A multi-vehicle collision on Westtown Road in West Chester ended with a pickup truck crashing on top of a minivan earlier this week.
Pictures posted by the West Goshen Police Department show the truck teetering on the roof of the van, both with significant damage.…
