The family of a 25-year-old man who was shot in the head during a Sunday argument in a Harrisburg alley is raising money to cover his unexpected funeral expenses.
Jhonny Torres, a city resident, was found dead around 8:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Nectarine Street, an alley in Allison Hill just off of Swatara Street.
