On Dec. 11 at 1:20 a.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies stopped a black Ford Escape on Lincoln Highway.
Deputies identified Aliscia Templeton, 30, of North Webster, who had outstanding warrants in Kosciusko County for a controlled substance. The passenger, John B. Wood, 30, of Milford, also had warrants for a controlled substance in Kosciusko County. Police say Wood also gave a false name and date of birth.
