INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metro police were involved in a shooting Thursday on the city’s west side.
IMPD was called around 3:35 p.m. Thursday to the 900 block of Kiel Avenue – just north of Washington Street inside the 465 loop – for shots being fired. Shortly after, officers were involved in a shooting in the nearby 1000 block of Waldemere Avenue.
