A 17-year-old is facing charges as an adult following a robbery and shooting on Indy’s near east side. In mid-May, at an ARCO gas station near 10th and Rural, a teenager was shot and critically wounded. Police believe that victim was shot by mistake following a dispute over a firearm.…
