COLUMBUS, Ohio — A stack of letters from Mount Carmel and Aetna lets Georgia know she may need to find new doctors in the new year.
For the last 53 years, she has been a patient in the same health system. In that time, she has only seen two different doctors. At 80 years old, she was hoping to stick with her known and trusted providers.
