Patuxent quarterback Evan Blouir has officially signed with Navy Football, the high school senior announced Wednesday on X.
The Navy signee led the Panthers to their first 2A/1A state championship last Friday, as Patuxent defeated Dunbar 8-6. Blouir was named the game MVP.
