ROCK HILL, S.C. — Disturbing video surfacing on Facebook appears to show the moment a Rock Hill Police officer allegedly beat a homeless man outside of the Publix along Cherry Road.
In the video, you can hear the homeless man screaming “help” as the officer restrains him on the ground. While still restrained, the video shows the officer using a stun gun while telling the man to “roll over.”
At another point in the video – while the man is still restrained by the officer – he’s told to “put [his] hands behind [his] back” while constantly being punched in the face by the officer…
