CONOWINGO — A woman is facing criminal charges after she allegedly stole two wood stoves valued at approximately $30,000 from a Conowingo property over the weekend, according to Cecil County District Court records.
Investigators identified the suspect as Kimberly Green, 56, of Conowingo.
