Former Montana trooper Wade Palmer receives mortgage-free home

STEVENSVILLE, Mont. – Former Montana State Trooper Wade Palmer, who survived a near-fatal shooting in 2019, has received a mortgage-free home in Stevensville. The home was provided by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, making Palmer’s daily life easier.

Palmer was shot in the face, neck, and head five years ago, which led to life-changing injuries and his retirement in 2020. Now, four years later, he and his family have moved into a new ADA-compliant home equipped with technology to accommodate his needs, whether he is standing or using a wheelchair.
