San Diego DA’s Office completes reviews of five officer-involved shootings

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego County District Attorney has finished reviewing five separate shooting incidents involving law enforcement officers, according to a news release Thursday.

After conducting a thorough review of the facts and evidence in each case, the DA’s office has concluded that the officers involved in all five incidents bear no criminal liability for their actions, the release stated.

Four of the five incidents reviewed by the DA involved someone pointing a gun at an officer.
