Lake Township, PA – Phylicia Albina Thomas disappeared on February 11, 2004, shortly after leaving work, and authorities are still searching for answers 20 years later.
The 22-year-old was last seen after finishing her shift at Pump-N-Pantry in Luzerne County. Thomas returned home but stepped outside around midnight and never returned.
