Mayor Brandon Scott partnered with liberal billionaire George Soros and a network of harm reduction groups in a years-long coordination to bring drug consumption sites to Baltimore, according to an investigation by Spotlight on Maryland.
Scott announced in an interview with WBAL-TV this month that he plans to push for drug consumption sites in Baltimore during his second term. These sites allow people to use hard drugs under the supervision of workers who aim to prevent overdoses.
