Driver seeks reduced sentence in South Carolina bride death

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Attorneys for Jamie Komoroski have asked for her lengthy 25-year prison sentence to be reduced in contrast to a jailhouse conversation just days after being taken back into custody.

In a 77-page motion filed on Thursday, her attorneys, Chris Gramiccioni and Nathan Williams, state the ruling was “unwarranted and grossly disproportionate compared to other cases in the region.”
