AMBER Alert inactivated for child missing from Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – An AMBER Alert has been inactivated for an 11-month-old from Little Rock after she was found safe Friday afternoon.

According to Arkansas State Police, the child’s father, 22-year-old Grover Jackkellom Key, drove from Broadway Food Mart with the child after a disagreement with the child’s mother Thursday, Dec. 12.

Special agents said while leaving the scene, he attempted to hit the child’s mother and struck another bystander.

Police said Key is not in custody, but arrangements have been made for the child to be returned from a family member.

Key is described as a Black man standing 5 feet and 9 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray or black pants with a True Religion jacket and a red hat with “Mea Culpa” in black letters.
