OWEGO, N.Y. (WENY) — An Owego man is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly making handguns at home with a 3-D printer.
According to New York State Police, they found multiple 3-D printed pistols and accessories, along with silencers and high capacity magazines in the home of 54-year-old John Standish on Lisle Rd.
