MARTINSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A tragic accident occurred on Thursday, December 12, 2024, when a pedestrian was fatally struck on the WV Route 9 Bypass near the 55-mile marker in Berkeley County.
At approximately 9:55 p.m., Trooper D.E. Smith of the West Virginia State Police responded to the crash involving two vehicles and an adult female pedestrian.
