GREEN BAY (WLUK) – A woman who committed a parole violation less than a week after being released from her sentence for setting the fire which killed her nephew was sentenced Monday to another year on probation.
Marcelia Fonseca, 20, pleaded no contest to resisting arrest for the Sept. 19 incident.
Before the sentence was issued, Fonseca said she knows she handled the incident poorly. She is taking anger management classes to go along with her therapy…
